NCRPO to deploy 13,084 personnel to secure Metro Manila for Undas 2026
The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) is gearing up to place its entire force on full alert starting at 12:01 AM on October 30, deploying 13,084 police personnel across Metro Manila to guarantee peaceful observance of All Saints and All Souls days.
NCRPO Officer-in-Charge Brig. Gen. Christopher Abrahano said: ''Our deployment is built for one purpose: that every family may honor their departed in peace and safety.''
The NCRPO strongly urges the public to plan trips ahead of time to accommodate expected heavy traffic around transport hubs and memorial grounds.
Citizens are reminded to exercise heightened vigilance by securing personal belongings and remaining alert in crowded areas.
Additionally, visitors must strictly adhere to regulations by refraining from bringing prohibited items, such as sharp objects, firearms, flammable materials, and loud sound systems, into cemeteries and terminals. Any suspicious individuals, activities, or emergencies should be reported immediately to local police assistance desks or routed through the Unified 911 Hotline for swift police intervention.
