Marcos' satisfaction rating dips to -11%, says SWS survey
The satisfaction rating of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. fell to -11 percent, a Social Weather Station (SWS) survey result showed on Thursday.
The survey, conducted from September 21 to 27, found that 46 percent of adult Filipinos were dissatisfied with the performance of Marcos as president. It added that only 35 percent were satisfied and 20 percent others were undecided.
SWS said the survey is ''four points down from neutral -7 in 2026, but remains above President Marcos' personal record-low poor -15 in March 2026.''
Marcos’ net satisfaction rating fells in Balance Luzon, the Visayas, and Metro Manila, but eases in Mindanao, said SWS.
"Compared to June 2026, gross satisfaction with President Marcos fell from 38 percent, gross undecided rose from 17 percent, and gross dissatisfaction hardly moved from 45 percent," it stated. Robina Asido/PHS
