Japanese ambassador pays farewell to Special Assistant to the President
Japanese Ambassador to the Philippines Endo Kazuya paid a farewell call on Special Assistant to the President Anton Lagdameo Jr., reaffirming the shared commitment of the Philippines and Japan to supporting the Mindanao peace process and advancing lasting peace, stability, and prosperity.
As Ambassador Endo concludes his tenure, Lagdameo expressed his appreciation for the Ambassador’s leadership, steadfast partnership, and dedicated service in fostering stronger Philippines–Japan relations, and conveyed his best wishes for his future endeavors.
On Thursday, Ambassador Endo met with Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO) Administrator Undersecretary Reynaldo Mapagu at his residence.
Ambassador Endo expressed his sincere appreciation for Undersecretary Mapagu’s warm friendship in fostering the longstanding friendship between Japan and the Philippines.
The two sides reaffirmed the enduring bonds between Japan and the Philippines and their commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations through future-oriented cooperation.
