Tropical Storm ''Kiyapo'' left three people dead while another is missing, the Office of Civil Defense reported on Monday.

In its latest report, the OCD recorded the death of an individual in Davao while it is validating the cause of death of the two persons from Sarangani.

The OCD also reported another victim missing in Sarangani because of the effects of ''Kiyapo''.

The number of affected population reached 63,060 families or 295,066 persons out of which 1,760 families or 7,550 persons were inside the 31 evacuation sites in the affected regions.

A total of 671 houses were damaged, of which 246 were destroyed.
